Meet Rocky & Michelle We are a husband and wife who built this in our own home in Fells Point. Michelle is a nurse practitioner with a specialty in nutritional psychiatry — the relationship between food, mood, and the nervous system. She's the clinical anchor of what happens here, and she's on the floor for every HOCATT session. Rocky handles the bodywork, the equipment, and the hospitality. He'll be the one who shows you the home on your first visit, hands you the tea, and makes sure your time here feels unhurried. Together we run the only HOCATT in Baltimore. We see two or three guests a day, by appointment. We don't have a desk, a receptionist, or a punch card. Just the two of us, our home, and an unusual amount of equipment.
