PranaVayu creates the whole-body experience necessary in order to achieve the utmost benefit from Yoga, yet pays special attention to helping practitioners overcome their own personal physical limits. This is accomplished through the introduction of 30 sequenced poses and breathing exercises especially designed to provide the perfect balance of strenuous effort and body safety.
